As the delivery process for the BLOK-2 configuration of the TAYFUN missile, developed as part of the Turkish Armed Forces’ long-range strike capabilities, continues, these activities have completed the system’s induction into the inventory.
With a range capacity of more than 500 kilometers, the TAYFUN BLOK-2 is being developed as a domestically produced ballistic missile system that strengthens long-range precision strike capability.
Featuring high resistance to electronic warfare and the ability to operate under GPS-jamming conditions, the missile is designed for operational use day and night, in varying weather conditions, thanks to its short reaction time.
Developed by Roketsan, the TAYFUN provides long-range ballistic missile capacity with a range of more than 500 kilometers, high speed, and precision-strike capability.
