Under the procurement, production and related work for the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) and Long Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) will be carried out.
JASSM is a long-range, precision-guided air-to-surface cruise missile designed to engage high-value, well-defended fixed or relocatable targets, with a range of more than 926 kilometres.
The missile is equipped with GPS/inertial navigation, an infrared seeker and anti-jam GPS capabilities, as well as a 1,000-pound blast-fragmentation warhead.
LRASM is a precision-guided, low-observable, long-range anti-ship cruise missile developed to engage enemy warships and other maritime targets, with a range of more than 200 nautical miles (370+ km).
