This delivery will complete the order for the 2 A400M aircraft placed by Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Defence in 2021.
Under the contract, the Kazakhstan Air Force received its first Airbus A400M transport aircraft in 2024.
Designed for strategic and tactical missions, the Airbus A400M is a transport aircraft powered by 4 Europrop International TP400-D6 turboprop engines.
Each engine produces approximately 11,000 shp, and the A400M can reach a maximum speed of 802 km/h and a maximum operating altitude of 12,200 meters.
It can carry a maximum payload of 37 tons and offers a cargo volume of 340 m³.
