The integration will enable Black Hawk helicopters to engage targets at ranges of up to 370 kilometres using Red Wolf missiles.
The test confirmed compatibility between the helicopter and the missile, as well as the missile’s flight performance after launch.
Red Wolf and Green Wolf feature modular designs that allow them to be equipped with different payloads depending on mission requirements, including strike systems, electronic warfare equipment and expendable self-protection systems.
With a range of approximately 370 kilometres, the munitions can be launched not only from helicopters but also from various platforms, including aircraft, ships and ground vehicles.
