ELLYON will provide Israel with enhanced capabilities for deep intelligence collection, suppression of adversary sensor networks, risk reduction in air operations, and achieving superiority in the electromagnetic domain, serving as a strategic electronic warfare and intelligence force multiplier.
The platform is designed to conduct standoff operations from distances of hundreds of kilometers, offering an operational concept capable of performing electronic warfare and intelligence missions without being exposed to threat elements.
The platform integrates electronic jamming capabilities covering the entire electromagnetic spectrum, signals intelligence (SIGINT), long-range Synthetic Aperture Radar and Ground Moving Target Indicator (SAR/GMTI), electro-optical reconnaissance systems, and a broadband satellite communication infrastructure into a single mission architecture.
ELLYON can detect, identify, and analyze electromagnetic emissions from targets during a mission to transform them into actionable intelligence, while simultaneously performing electronic attack tasks.
The platform’s electronic attack system has been developed to operate across the entire electromagnetic spectrum and is capable of applying effective electronic suppression and jamming against air- and ground-based threat systems.
