The prototype is scheduled to conduct its maiden flight and subsequently enter an intensive flight test campaign involving a high sortie rate.
The P1 prototype features aerodynamic and radar cross-section refinements, a revised landing gear arrangement that increases internal volume, and provisions for the integration of additional sensors and electronic warfare systems.
The flight test program will progressively validate the platform’s flight characteristics, avionics systems, and operational performance across various mission configurations.
Following the P1 prototype, TUSAŞ will also incorporate the P2 prototype, currently undergoing assembly and systems integration, into the flight test program.
Both prototypes are scheduled to operate under the same test campaign by the end of 2026.

The use of the P1 and P2 prototypes will enable the simultaneous validation of aerodynamic performance, avionics, flight control systems, sensors, and mission systems.
Deliveries are scheduled to begin in 2028, with the initial production aircraft powered by F110-GE-129 turbofan engines.
